Free delivery

Delivery is free on every order, to every country we ship to.

Where we ship

United Kingdom, United States, Germany, France and Australia.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 5pm UK time on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5pm, or on a Sunday or UK bank holiday, are processed the next working day. You receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

• United States: about 9

The estimated delivery date for your country shows just under the Add to Cart button before you order.

This is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Carriers occasionally run late, especially around public holidays.

Duties and taxes

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee on delivery, email us a photo of the notice before paying and we will sort it out with you.

Late or missing parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 10 working days, email hello@wildtenant.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
