30-day money-back guarantee
Use iWhisper™ at home for 30 days from delivery. If your dog never settles into it, or it just isn’t for you, send it back for a full refund, even if you have used it.
Bought an iWeave™ glove from us? Your order keeps the 60-day guarantee it was sold with.
How to start a return
- Email hello@wildtenant.com with your order number and the words “Return request”.
- We reply within 1 working day with return instructions. Return postage is on us: we send a prepaid label where our carrier supports it, otherwise we refund the postage you pay.
- Post the parcel back. Once it reaches us we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Good to know
- Please send back everything that came in the box, including the guards and attachments.
- Refunds go to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers can take 3 to 10 working days to show the money after we issue it.
- Arrived faulty or damaged? Email us a photo and we send a replacement or refund straight away. No return needed.
- Your statutory rights are not affected. Customers in the UK and EU also have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The 30-day guarantee sits on top of that right.
